Depends.If it was his fault,he's definately done driving and he/she may face jail time.
If it's non preventable, then, it's non preventable.If someone crashes into the back of your trailer fleeing the cops,then who's fault is that?

Ah that depends on what your logbook says. If the investigation shows you were not allowed to be in that place at that time, it will be YOUR fault.

I just had my 1st accident in 25 years,rear end colision.And most companies wont touch you for at least 1 year.
I didnt get a ticket,it was a chain reaction,I was the last vehicle,out of 2 semi's an 3 car's.But even with that,ive had companies tell me no.

If you got 25years in most of these outfits don't want you anyway. You know to much and are to expensive for them anyway. Add a rear ender and well say hello to the penalty box.
