They work great together. Antenna gives me all locals in hd....then ethernet cable into the back of the TV lets the Samsung TV discover a ton of stuff. My entire bill for TV and internet is 30 bucks for 4 PC and 4 tv.

 

I'm still out grinding. Last time out on the road I didn't keep track of my rate per mile, but it was pretty good since I squeezed in 4000 miles of bee loads at $4 a mile. I am keeping track now and Ill post it when I have my last load before home time. I am aiming to be out for 40 days, half way through right now.

My rate per mile average is definitely at its lowest yet. I have been taking a lot of short runs since longer ones have been nonexistent and the ones that are posted are offensively priced. In 2022 I could count on one hand the number of loads that I ran that grossed under $2k. Now most of the loads I will take are under that. I've been tarping much more too, but I still only run 4ft tarps. I am considering digging the 8ft drops back out if I can figure out a place to store them on my truck (between the 4ft and bee nets, I have too much gear already).

 

My roi would be less than 0 on that. And my #### you meter pegged to the max.. I wonder if any brokers feel ashamed to post #### like that

 

I was wondering if anybody else picked up on that.. We all know it's about the opposite of how those 2 numbers enter and exit the bank account...

Random - are you ever nervous about hiring owner/ops with the potential of them backdooring you with direct customers? Had a couple apply with me and at first was all for it, and then had those backdoor thoughts. May be overthinking this though.
