You "drivers" were too easy. You ALL ALLOWED THE "employer" to push you around and you did NOTHING. It matters NOT how much "they owe you", as you'll NEVER see it.

I would have been getting very "creative" in the "Oh You'll Pay Me and Dang quick, slick".
His/Their New Cars would have had "mysterious problems" along with "missing parts". A couple calls to a B.B.B. about faulty business practices, cheating people, overcharging, as well mucking with his MC numbers and alerting the local and state police about training people in deception of Rules and Regs, or "how to get around e-logs" as well running 2-3 LOG BOOKS.
I would have driven NO TRUCK off the yard with out at least 70% tread life on ALL Tires AND all Inflated with ALL Lug Nuts Torqued.
Any Cracked windows, truck stays on yard. Anything needed repairs and they said next week, "Well Genius, It'll be waiting right here" and I would have found something else.
That "I'll fix it when you get back", just cost the O. O. MORE MONEY for Road Repairs OR It just Sat till Next Week. Their building(s) wood have suffered some Night damages regardless of any cameras.
Slingshots are still available and .22 Rifles aren't very loud when coupled with FIREWORKS.

it was my first job as a trucker, I didn't have the knowledge I have today, now that it's two years later. They take advantage of new drivers and they're not knowing what a good company is, which is a shoddy practice to begin with.

I now know my worth and I'm working at a better company.
