Idk, I'm guessing a stepped brake drum. Just never see such a setup.

 

Pretty sure it's service brake, then parking brake. Also utilizes the dual brake chamber set up, one 30, one 20...

 

Hard to tell. If it's real, it looks like the shoes would have to be made together. No web or rollers on the outside, but the inside isn't normal either

 

Meatloaf, green beans, mashed taters, and s biscuit for $2.00 at the senior center here in town. Wife had it waiting when I got in….

 

Someone is having a bad day. I came upon this just after happening, except I was on the top.
1st time I've ever seen a bridge strike blow up thru the deck. Arm was sticking thru.
Just checked my truck route map, that bridge has 5.3m, 17' of clearance

 

Tracks leaving on 8 axles,
House went on a 13axle. Wagon tag for the 13 said 196,700lb. So is that a 100 ton maybe a 90ton? Load weight minus tare..?




Then my hodgepodge. Had to include a frickin can... lol

I almost got one of those asphalt skiing SOB’s dropping off Galena towards Smiley Creek one day in the Ol Pete — he was doing the slalom across both lanes with his head phones on— train horn kinda interrupted his nirvana
