I have said the same thing. Roehl has gone down hill in the last two years. I have been gone since June of this year and I don't regret leaving.

Ah but you see, at Roehl, Saftey is our value. Safety comes first, It is our cornerstone. Are the roads as safe? Or just cheaper? Whatever. There is much more you don't know about Roehl that as a soon to be former employee I do. Draw whatever conclusions you wish and do what feels right. I'm moving on.
mycorky Thanks this. -
You said it so well about the changes at Roehl. They are very bad about micromanaging their drivers. Thats one of the reasons I left them. and also a lot of their trainers have done the same. Agin very well put by you.

glad I left ....

I knew it would only be a matter of time before Roehl's true colors would come out. How are you doing with the Pumpkin team? I'm going to Edwardsville at the end of this month to join my husband.

It is going well ... difference is like day and night .... Schneider actually treats us like we have a brain .... I like planning my own routes again and getting paid for things besides miles as promised ....
-
Yes, hubby is happy there and they have nice miles bonuses for teams. I'm very anxious to start. Do you remember the pre-hire agility test? Do they still have the step step knee knee one?

So Gypsy your husbands at the great punkin now? Just wanted to know how he likes it. I have a friend who's been there for 23yrs and he's very unhappy at the moment. He says the only reason he hasn't quit is because of his vacation time.
