Got home about 7 last night. Changed my oil and greased/ checked the truck. On my way to pick up heading to Cle Elum.

Sad day here. Time to let go of the horse my daughters learned to ride on. Think she's mid 30's and can hardly walk now. We've fed her 12 aleve IIRC a day for the last 8 years or so. Just not fair for her.

7” drop from front to rear of my trailer, had to move it from the center to the back and let air out of the tires, was 14’-1” now 13’-6”…, no need in being like these other guys….

 

This is beyond simple. Don't lawyer up yet. I struggle to understand people paying for insurance and not understanding what its for.

If the values are off. File claim with your insurance company. Have them go after the involved party. They represent you. They have buildings of lawyers to fight for you. Sounds like you need to have a frank conversation with your agent.

Just need a white Volvo with a Chicago MC - rules not enforced and not much for repercussions when stuff does happen, just get another new truck under a new MC. I'd have saved $300 in permits and 4 or so hours by not following the route or rules yesterday. Our competition doesn't bother with any of that. I wonder if being a legal citizen is worth anything to anyone anymore.

 

Correct. That's the plan. Wait on her insurance and give them the opportunity to make it right. If they don't I'll let my insurance handle it from there. That's why I got then involved as well from the beginning.
