As long as your not express america you should be good with landstar. Expediting was horrible with them

 

Well I am Express and I have heard nothing but good so I am perplexed by your statement.........Hopefully it will be different for me who knows

 

if your express and solo, seems like a stressful career choice. Team is another story. In general for the low pay, forced dispatch (yes the agents call and you have to pick... you really have limited options), just seems like a stressful hard life of a employee structure, masquerading as a no forced dispatched setup. Again team driving would alleviate alot of that stress, or just driving for any NON expedited division of LS.

 

When is the advance available because it states that it's not. Also says I don't have a card on file when I do and it's approves. It was offering it now it says no. What do I do in this situation pls new driver with the company
