Pete 379 air leaf suspension bushing replacement

Start soaking those bolts in PB now, and make sure your dealer has the frogs available JIC.

I'm pretty sure on my feet, so this ain't for everybody. I have a long bolt the same size as the bolt through the bushing. I stack the right size washer, stand on the frame, and drive them out with a sledge.

The more wore out they are, the easier it will be

 

Air hammer will get em pretty easy then

Yeah, they're all rubber on the outside.

 

Make sure you get the correct bushings, they all look pretty close, low air leaf, Air track, and air leaf.

 

On my low air I torch the bolt head off and set the rubber on fire and let it burn. Knock the bolt out and what'd left of the bushing. Clean it out and install new. Pretty easy job. 30-60 min per side
