I don't believe that their definition of "good driver" is based on reality.

 

By the government hacks own definition.....
A "good driver" is a golf term......
Oh...you meant us.........Well.....according to the same.....we're just "unskilled labor"........

 

That safety fitness rating comes in to play when u go to renew your fed med card. I did mine a few months ago, the place that our company sends it's drivers was starting the new rules eventhough they are not in force yet. Out of 8 people that day i was the only one to pass. They take your age, body mass index, if your a smoker or non smoker and come up with some magic number, if your magic number doesn't correspond with theirs your fed med card is pulled and u have to go to some sleep apnea clinic and get checked out. A co-worker had to go and took 2 weeks for appointment due to the backlog.

 

Ditto on that, always has always will.
