How far back is the background check

 

We’ll know for sure, if we get hired then yes the terminal manager is a liar lol, we spoke today again with recruiting from HQ he said the next step was to fill up a form to get our driving record (which we already did) and that after we submit that form ,our information will be transfer to the Hiring Manager, so we’ll just have to wait what happens next

 

Hello. I don’t know if there is anyone on this post still. But I was just curious I did a phyiscal and drug test for Estes. Now I’m on my background but now there is a delay on court records? Has anyone ever heard of that before?

 

Probably just a small bump in the road. Did they give you a new physical card?

 

I've been stuck with HireRight nightmare for over a month with the same excuse Court Records from another state I lived in, I have no criminal records so I have no idea wtf is going on, go in Better business Bureau there's around 300 complaints

Response to someone getting hung up through same background company

 

The background process at Estes takes like 2 months. They send your information to all 210+ terminals blah blah to check you out. It's a long wait but it's worth it. If you haven't done anything crazy, you'll be fine.
