Last February I was ending my day, when I lost power couldn't pass 45 mph...
Pulled to the side of road.. checked under hood nothing...waited 5/10 min..and like magic ran fine..next day couldn't pass 45mph. Took it to 2 shops, slapped the computer on it no issues...fast forward to last week here comes the issue again..
I've noticed that when I start the truck I hear the turbo whine, no issue..
When I don't hear the turbo whine,I'll have issues. When I have issues my engine break is loud , when I have no issues engine break silence... any ideas.. #### is getting frustrated.... thank you...
Turbo issue ????

v pod is in active. My buddy has same engine and problems. Wire harness was 138.00 from freightliner connects vpod to 2 sensors on intake and to the ecm on drivers side. He found broken wire. Don't patch just by new harness.
