Reman fuller 10's are around 4200$, from Fuller

 

there is a place out of bensenville called drivetrain servi0ce i've never had an issue with them.this is all i use for all my rebuilts.

 

He is saying to get a reman from Eaton Fuller. The people who built the transmission to start with. I have had good luck with remans from Truckpro.

 

You don't want a rebuild. You want a remanufactured unit which is put back to new specs. Best to get from the orginal manufacturer like kwswan said. They will only use OEM parts. Cummins and other maufacturers do remans which are much cheaper than a new unit. Cummins states:
Up to 85 percent of an engine can be remanufactured, and Cummins engines are built to be remanufactured multiple times. Cummins ReCon parts and engines have gone through disassembly, inspection, cleaning, calibration and testing to ensure they meet the same specifications as new Cummins parts or engines.
Same goes for Eaton reman units.

Call and ask if they will sell to you direct. If not ask for a list of approved suppliers of their reman units.
