Schneider's pre-hire physical

A big indicator if you will have problems is your blood pressure. If you are questionable high you may exceed the heart rate. If you smoke don't do it 48 hours before the test, no caffine 48 hours before. Both of these can constrict your arteries. A couple good thngs to do is drink plenty of water prior as this will keep your blood and body more hydrated and a baby aspirin the day of the test will help thin your blood. Now if you do have a blood pressure problem as I do the medcation they will give you also help keep your pulse rate down. Most people that fail this have a blood pressure problem and that cause the heart rate to exceed your maxuimum rate. Just remember no caffine or nicotine. Good luck.
