Man I live close to Tim's Ford Lake. Do you know how many people from California and the northeast moved into here because of the pandemic and they inflated prices massively because they could? It can be done. And yeah there are neighborhoods in the Nashville area that I could do it. I wouldn't want to live in that cluster #### though. Franklin and Williamson County? No that's way over my pay grade, that's Hollywood, country music star and Al Gore kind of wealth.

 

A $500,000 home isn't average, even here where the mass exodus from California has increased property values at an alarming rate.
