A little help

I’ll try to word this to make it makes sense, my current set up is a 2019 mack anthem, single coax out of the drivers side to a browning antenna, I removed the stock antenna out of the mirror on the drivers side, but left the passenger side for FM receiving. I’m a little OCD and didn’t care for the mismatched antennas so I got another browning for the FM side but the mirror receiver is straight up and down, I have my CB browning with around a 35 degree angle to it, one; to achieve it nearly straight at highway speeds, and two; to limit the risk of limb strikes.

Question is, do they make a turn out adapter to get the same look on the passenger side, the only thing I’ve found thus far has a pivot point with a set screw that has poor customer reviews, the browning is a heavier antenna and would most likely not stay put with that set up. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully the attached pic will better show my dilemma.

 

Vertical doesn’t work for me in most conditions, I don’t have the tilt to look cool or anything, I’m trying to avoid limb strikes. Most of my works keeps me on surface roads, as well as a lot of off-road work, so vertical on the passenger side is even worse for getting in to the trees.
