I was passing by 2 hours ago near 240mm going eastbound in AZ and saw bobtail halfway burning, didn't see anyone (driver) around , truck was parkedon incoming ramp to the interstate and probably been parked for night . Anyone heard anything?!

Wow, we must've been really close to each other. I saw it too. Called it in to 911. I was also going to ask if anybody heard anything about it. It was kinda weird as it seemed to just be burning with nobody nearby. Hope nobody was in there.

    We got that wreck.

It was indeed just the tractor.

No clue what the issue was, we don't ask how any of them happen, ya just get 7 different stories anyway.

    Driver is good.

Glad to hear driver is OK, could have been a electrical insurance fire.

One of my biggest fears in life is being trapped by a fire in a confined space.

I work as a volunteer fire fighter, and now carry an ABC ten LB extinguisher in my sleeper when I'm in one. I also keep one in my bedroom now.

I’ve seen what happens to someone when they’re trapped in a fire. It’s ####-ing terrifying.

Thats me as well, I grew up with a dad that had extinguishers everywhere, I continued that facet because it's just a few bucks each compared to losing everything - family, animals, home .... ashes.

And I have twice on the road, long ago in my pov, been the hero and saved the day with 20-buck extinguishers, one car one RV.
