Just to be clear, at JCT you are a lease op and not an owner op. Although it may not be a big diff to some in fact it is very diff. A lease op is the step betwen the two and does not allow you the freedom of an owner, if for whatever reason you leave JCT the truck stays with them, of course if you want to leave you can just walk away as a lease op.

This is a good company to learn the ropes, and make good money too.

first off I would like to say I am having family issues and my dad flew me home. Second my former boss talked to my dad at my request and was happy with my driving. It is my fault and I take full responsibility for what happened. I could have stayed but I am better off at home where I can sort through my issues.

I did catch a flight from Ontario to Orlando FL by way of Phoenix, AZ and Charlotte, NC. I do not want to get too personal so pm me any questions you have.

hey all,,sat just long enough to was trlr and post on my facebook page and fart around on here and now i got to head to gardena ca for a 0900 goin 2 duncan ok,,first week totals,,,,,3584mils!!! thats 1400 past break even!

Does JCT do new driver surveys over the phone? Husband just got a call from a lady who says she working out of the JCT yard in CO. He told her he couldn't answer any questions at the moment and would she call back. She is supposed to call back in the morning.

 

Sounds fishy. Plus we don't have a yard in CO either

 

jct does have a company doin surveys for incoming drivers. i believe the name is strategic advantage and they r in colorado. they told us about it in orientation(sept 14th). its pretty painless they'll ask questions and u rate on a scale. might not of been doin surveys when alan started, i think hes been with JCT awhile.
