Beautiful Sunday mornin everybody. Picked up some 3$ stuff headin to NoDak in Houston, and it was 7k lbs and 36 ft.
Hopped on the LB and found 4 pallets headed the same direction for $1800. Score
First time in Houston. Besides terrible roads, not too bad. I expected traffic to be much worse.
Swung by the house to resupply for two more weeks, and a nice dinner with that hot lady.
Anyway, back to work
Where is everyone #5

Houston traffic can be bad during the week, but Houston has two loops around. Sam Houston Tollwat/Beltway 8 (8 is free, but has stop lights) and the i610 loop. Helps tremendously.

I’ve got an aftermarket brand one for free in San Antonio if you’re interested. I blew a steer and it’s all the loves had. I replaced it when I got home with a peterbilt oval one.Flint1, OLDSKOOLERnWV, CAXPT and 8 others Thank this.

she made that look easy. I couldn’t do that with a shopping buggy from the local IGA.

I'm getting pretty good with clutch control now, can usually get my feet on the pegs as soon as I'm rolling. I've got a looooong ways to go before I'm at a third of the level she's at.OLDSKOOLERnWV, Flint1, Gatordude and 10 others Thank this.

Hot tonight in NoDak, but dinner is done

Heck, I'd get confused which loop or crossover I was supposed to be doing, and end up just plowing over a pile of cones haha. Maybe it's a little clearer from the seat, but the camera angle made it tough to see the intended course.JoeyJunk, OLDSKOOLERnWV, cke and 6 others Thank this.

Nope, it's just as confusing in the seat, too. You have to go over the route ahead of time and make sure you know what you're seeing when you're in the seat and which lanes are the ones to enter and exit.
We had a much smaller setup like that at an Advanced Riders Course, but I imagine it's a similar setup that you get some time to read the course before you tackle it.
