    That all depends....

    • Where are you located (city/state....or zip code)?
    • How much experience (so far) do you have with your CDL (if any)?
    • Is your driving record accident/citation-free? If not--please clarify.
    • What type(s) of freight interest you the most?
    • How often do you want to be back home? Daily? Weekly? Less often (clarify)?
    • What CDL endorsements do you already have (if any)?

There's no real point in putting any names in front of you -- if you don't qualify for them.

Also -- why give you a name if you don't live in their hiring area?

Sooooo....less than a year, total CDL experience?

    What part of TX?

When do you think you will move? To where?

Any mega will let you stay out forever and some might have laundry available. Find parking in a strip center and do laundry in a laudramat.

The CDL job market REAL-LY SUCKS right now.....for drivers with less than a year of experience.

Carriers have really tightened up their hiring requirements of late -- largely due to an overcapacity of trucks vs freight.

If you have less than one year of total experience, plus recent tickets (you don't say how many -- or what they were for)...it's really tough to recommend a "best company"....above all the others.

You may not care much about those recent tickets -- but trust me, that "best" carrier out there....will care about them A LOOOOTTT. o_O

The "best" company will usually want only the very BEST drivers (i.e., with squeaky clean driving records).
