    So you just print the sleep report off of your computer and take it to the dot doctor ? Or do you have to take in the disk?..

    I just got a new card and my guy requires 90 days. I just go to my machine supplier and they print me a 90 and a 365. Simple.

    Everything in the previous post is true. HOWEVER, none of it is effective immediately, and making all of the changes necessary to return to a level of health that would reduce or eliminate sleep apnea is far from an easy task, as I know from personal experience. In the meantime, using a CPAP machine when I sleep has kept me breathing normally all night.

    It’s not an either/or. Using a machine while working on achieving a level of health that would eliminate the need for a machine is just common sense.
