Almost did it. May still do it, i don't deliver till Tuesday. But i hiked up to this hill in early June when it was still covered in snow, and saw this valley in front.

Been wanting to come back and glass it, and get some pics. Pretty intent on spring bear. So i came back here for tonight.

Wow! That's awesome. One of my bucket list hunts would be for muleys. I doubt I'll ever draw tags, so if you know someone needing help on a hunt, or a hand packin out, hit me up. I keep my pack in the truck.

First camp of the year i think. Forgot my tent stakes and no guy lines in my stuff sack. Had to whittle some stakes.

Those bucks were killed in an open unit bout 5 years ago — no need to draw, just buy a non resident tag — there’s still places around and peoples that know the places — I know I probably won’t never get one like that unless it’s the first one I see— kinda of Old Testament about putting meat on the table

 

Oh— and before I forget @TripleSix ,cause I got the onset of Alzheimer’s, I’m pretty much Old Testament about hurting children— post earlier boiled my blood— kill for them or die for them— not much in between except raising them— Del#### or whatever is in charge should be made to understand that— just my opinion and I’m probably wrong

You are spot on! I ain't much and don't claim to be, but I've never hit a woman or a kid my whole life, and I will be buried with that fact. That's not to say I didn't bust a butt when my kids needed it, but it never got past that.
