Best frac sand hauling company

Hi, I read you said there is local end dump work down there? Is that oil field related? I drive an end dump in Vancouver WA but am real curious about WTX work.

 

Detmar, Northwest Logistics, Western Flyer Express. Those are my top 3 recommendations for sand hauling companies in the Permian basin. If you want to hustle and make the most money you can then Detmar. If you want to be paid detention and know that you will have a guaranteed pay even when there isn't work then Northwest. If you want a long, low, Purdy Pete with all the lights and chrome your heart desires then Western Flyer Express.

 

Western Flyer definitely has the nicest rigs in the Permian.Texas Chrome in the Eagleford.

Western Flyer also starts you out at 30% which is better than Detmar which pays 25%. The drawback is Western Flyer is doing the same thing we're starting to do now. Get all the loads through Chalk Mountain. That's only a handful of wells almost entirely in New Mexico and some long lines going down the whole lease road or a staging pad that looks like a truck stop. Fortunately we get paid detention.

 

How much is the detention pay?

$18 an hour at Northwest. No detention at Detmar. I think Western Flyer also just pays straight % of the load like Detmar.

There's end dumps everywhere. Not so much for oilfield. Alot of belly dumps though. For local jobs with belly dumps that's Chalk Mountain and CIG.
