    I was pretty sure this was not a common thing, however no one has given any input leads me to think no big deal. I must be lucky then as I do not see this. Maybe twice since 2009.

    In today’s market they feel like they can do anything. Just remember him for when market flips, you may see him calling for you to cover a load for him one day, you never know.

    I hate when carriers do this exact same thing to me. Ghosting me after agreeing to a load and never signing or acknowledging the rate cons. Happens at least once or twice a week. Brokers should have the decency to at least call and tell you something like " The customer covered this, or another rep covered it, or it wont be ready."

    Communication is the key in this business.

    Matson had a load today, I clicked on it, to bad the same guy Mike had a load coming out of Columbus in state. Fool me once shame on me, twice was not happening. Sorry to hear the same thing happens on your end.
