Code spn522108 failed 5 fault 1 5=12 freightliner what is fix. Freightliner Cascadia 2012 Detroit engine. Check fuses (justanswer.com) Not sure about this one as the person answered but then it lists SPN 4364.

SPN 4334 is all about DEF pressure. Do you have a specific FMI with that? For EPA10 emissions ACM fault 4334 their are three FMI listed.
FMI 2 "DEF pressure sensor - Drift", FMI 7 "DEF pressure low" (ACM is detecting DEF pressure has not built to 72 psi during a pressure build cycle {60 seconds}), and FMI 17 "DEF pressure high"
