What do people know about Florilli? They seemed willing to hire me and overlook my recent termination due to a preventable. But I've heard not so keen things about them, and their Safestat is horrible! But I like that they don't go to NE and don't force NYC. Hmm.

They are pretty lax about who they hire. They have recently turned there trucks down to 61.5 mph, with a nine speed transmission where 8th and 9th gear are automatic. They dont pull hills for #### and every truck out on the road will pass you for the most part. I live out in California and have never once had a problem getting home. They have quite a few loads going out there every week. There biggest account is Kraft, and you will haul alot of loads from either Joliet, IL, Davenport, IA, Madison, WI going to Bethlehem, PA, Norcross, GA and points out west. Each of these areas you end up in there will be plenty of other Florilli drivers there also waiting on loads so if there's not alot of freight at the time your going to be sitting. There was a few times last winter where I would go home and be ready to come out on monday and wouldn't get a load til friday.

They have a fuel routing system which is annoying. They want you to put 50 gallons here 100 there, and it eats up your log book. There routing is kind of annoying as well. The loads going east thru Chicago they want you to run highway 30 thru indiana and ohio, NO TOLL roads unless the load is really hot. If your a good experienced driver you will get decent miles but your definitely not going to make tons of money unless you never go home, cus you will sit once in awhile waiting on loads. If your able to get loads out west that will really boost your miles. The only problem with that is you'll sit in California most of the time, although this year most of the drivers I talk too and myself have been able to get loads out of there pretty quick so maybe there freight is getting better. Remember 61.5 mph out west with heavy loads and no horsepower makes for a long day.

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. I am currently driving for them:biggrin_25525:

I currently work for Florilli and have been sitting in Pulaski GA for 4 days now. I have another friend who works here and he's getting plenty of miles and some of his friends who work here are sitting as well. I get a different answer from my dispatcher every time I ask when I am getting a load. I've been here 3 weeks now and am not impressed. Needed some blood pressure medication and asked to drive to a Walmart that was 50 miles away and they said no. I got a message from the "president" of Florilli stating that if I was to deadhead 50 miles to Walmart I would be taking money away from the 250 drivers that he says we have because it costs too much money to be deadheading. What a crock!!!!!! This was my last ditch effort at driving. I give up! Tired of all the crap from all these companies!!!! I don't recommend Florilli!!!!

my husband works for florilli they have good and bad days yes some days he sits a day or two but he gets miles one week he had almost 4000 miles with them i think some of it depends on the dispatcher and some on the driver my husbands loves to drive and hates to sit and he flat out has told the dispatcher to keep him moving. hes out there 27 days and home 4 days and i think he has sat maybe 2 so far ....

Are you still driving for Florilli Packerfan? I've been driving here for two years. I think it's hilarious what some of these ex drivers/##iots post about Florilli
