Facts. I loved driving and the friendships that became of it. But all the other BS that goes along with it is not worth the headache.

Life is too short to wait by the phone for a run/shift or letting some subhuman dispatcher have the ability to use a personal vendetta to control your income.

 

The b*&%k greed clock milkers demand of higher wages, milk OT hours, argue with dispatchers, tail light out, sit in shop for 4 hours, causing Yellow to raise prices put them out of business.

UPS will suffer same in 5 years.

That didn't take long. That said, LTL companies have been ready for Yellow to go belly up for years. Just implementing the plan.
