I used to drive for Ashley Distribution PTP. I've been gone from them almost 3 years. It was good when I was there. Take loads of furniture to their drop lots for the LTL drivers to deliver. They find backhauls/broker loads back to the DC's. Equipment was top of the line. Got home for 34 then back at it again. Where are you from?

    Blagoje Thanks this.

    I’m from Las Vegas, NV
And yes that all sounded great..
My only concern is the job I was offered was Ashley PNW and I recently learnt it’s different than the original Ashley Distribution which you referee now.
The PNW is like a typical DryVan carrier hauling everything DryVan does, unlike the furniture runs and all that.
I know it’s under the Ashly umbrella but operates differently which is fine with me.
I only wanted to know how good or bad this department compared to the ADS?!

I got my CDL through Wilson Logistics, which sold their Western businesses to Ashley to become Ashley PNW. I was there 1 year with Wilson and 1 year with Ashley. I am also from Las Vegas and can tell you if you go with Ashley that home time will always be an issue. Every time. They have no freight here and do not run broker freight. I can tell you pros and cons, but honestly I’m still bitter that they couldn’t get me home for a family emergency FROM BARSTOW. Yeah. Honestly though, that was my biggest beef with them. They couldn’t figure out home time. Since I gave you one of my biggest cons, one of the biggest pros was they left you alone. Just do your job.
I left last April and have gone twitch a new company. If you have any questions about Ashley, please give me a holler. I’ll be honest
