Yea, I have talked to Royce. For some reason he and I are not seeing eye to eye on a few things. He told me trading up before 90 is pretty much out of the question. Gonna have a sit down talk with someone next time I'm at the yard.

For those of you on the fence teetering, not for sure, need extra support,or just plain wondering, here,s the deal! I am an o/o,have been for 15 yrs, in trucking for a long #### time, not associated with JCT in any way, but if I were to l/o with any co. it would be with JCT!! I have read all pages of this forum. Very informative, most all the info to make a sound decision. No other company forum comes close! Yes ,i,ve asked question here and called recruiting, based on answers from both, it all coincides. I will say that if you don,t have a good sense of trucking, ambition, self control, and a knack for good bookkeeping, stay a co. driver or you will fall flat on your rear!! You do need a few yrs. experience , hell i'm still learning myself. The one thing in this business that stays conatant is it is always changing!!! therefore you have to adjust. These l/o have given you plenty of info, even very personal that you won,t get on any other forum. There are those that bash this co. ,as well as others, and yes sometimes it will be a co. problem that caused their failure, but i would venture to say that at JCT a very high % of failure is directly associated with l/o not being knowledgeable enough or just plain lazy! It takes a person that is reliable, knowledgeable of all trucking phases,a bookkeeper, planner, and a person with a good attitude, and a person that can let sh... roll off their shoulders to be a l/o or o/o!! hope this spreads a little sunshine and helps a few. I read this forum most everyday just to see who gets the pie
.And so far JARBO is out smartin everyone!!!! All joking aside, if you are the aforementioned type person, what r ya waiting on? make the call, you will be glad ya did. over and out

Everyone is going to have some issues or disagreements... or even run ins at times with other people. It happens in every course of business, in every company... and yup... it happens here. So when it does... it is a chance to prove to yourself and others... that you can be pro-active... that you can figure out how to make the best of a less than perfect situation.
Nothing of any value is handed to us.... OK... it "might be", but it is when we "work" for something that we really appreciate the value of it.
I'd love to think that the JCT drivers MAKE the company because we ARE proactive, we try our best to rise above the fray and are a successful team of drivers so we can have our slice of the pie!
"Go Apple Pie Gang!"
I'll climb down off the box now...
-
"RUH-ROH"... I don't know if we should encourage him... LOL!
