I can tell you for sure you are running way to high in the RPM range for a ACERT. The ACERT motor needs the lower (1350 and below) to be fuel effiencent. The bottom end of these motors are built like a stroker motor (heavier crank, rods, pistons, bearings, and block webbing). So by spinning higher RPMs you are just throwing more fuel away by spinning all that extra mass faster. Also the ACERTs fueling tables are set up for max TQ and HP down low (almost off of idle to about 1400). The easiest and cheapest way is to slow down, but if thats not a option you need differnt gears to drop your RPMs to 1350 or so to keep you at your desired cruise speed.
