Looking for a SAP friendly compnay

Have you had any luck finding a company to hire you?
I failed a pre-employment drug test in 7/2021. Had taken a pain pill the night before to be able to finally get some sleep. Had been pulling Travel Trailers all over the country , out on the road for a few weeks. In 2007, I had torn my right shoulder rotator cuff, and occasionally my Dr., in Washington State, would prescribe me a few pain pills.
Anyway, I was at my mom's in Kentucky, Sunday evening, taking a few days off. I had an app. in with one of the RV Transport companies who called me Monday morning to do a pre-employment drug screen, and had given me 2-3 days to do it. I went on to do it, forgetting about taking the pill. A day or 2 later, in Indiana, the MRO called to inform me that I failed. I told her that it was what my Dr prescribed, but didn't have the prescription bottle with me. I didn't go to work for the company, went through the 1st 4 steps the next week, drove back to Washington. Ended up getting into Uber and Lyft. So last October, I'm looking into returning to RV Transport and it shows up, I had forgotten about it. So I get step 5 done, only step 6 left. NOONE, haven't found 1 RV Transport company to sign me on, ALL talk to me like I'm lying and I'm a drug addict! Can not get step 6 done, if Noone will hire you, right.
I drove over 1 million miles safe driving with JB Hunt, NEVER failed or refused a random. So I kinda understand where you're coming from. I started getting my medical records and prescription records together to try to get it appealed. I made the same mistake in doing the SAP instead of getting medical records etc, from my Dr. and fighting it then. I hear it stays on your record 5 years after completing the SAP.
So, anyone know of a RV Transport company who is SAP friendly, or brokers trailers out to drivers having their own Operating Authority???

 

CR ENGLAND, CRST, WESTERN EXPRESS, SCHNEIDER, ETC all the companies people say are sap friendly aren't for recent completion if at all. Does anyone know of company in California, Las Vegas, Phoenix or anywhere at this point I'll relocate that will hire sap driver 8yrs experience otr & local. Positive for THC for a preemployment test. Also what can be done about a company retaliation towards you for reporting them to DOT? Open to all suggestions for

Reyes Beverage Company hires SAP.
Two divisions; soft drinks and beer.
Divisions in various states.

Maybe Cresent Crown Distributing in Arizona. Their division in New Orleans has hired SAP.

Pepsi and Coca-Cola hire SAP

 

I have been under the assumption that I could get hired while doing the SAP program. Is this wrong? I have to complete the program before I can get hired? So how can I do the SAP pee tests if no company will hire me. Holy Crap. CBD was all I had used.

I TRULY & GENUINELY wish you the absolute best of luck getting everything straightened out.
1) I work retail & do not take any over the counter (OTC) medications at all, regardless of the fact that they are all legal.
2) My biggest fear is that I could pop positive on a random drug test. The only thing that I take orally are vitamins & supplements.
3) I have been in my job over 16 years, the longest that I have held onto a job, along with it being full time with benefits.
4) At my age, it would be practically impossible for me find another job that would be close to what I am earning in pay & benefits.
