When I did Loss Prevention, a lady spit in my face after I arrested her for shoplifting. She was arrested by local PD for battery and booked into county jail. Spitting at, is assault. Making contact is battery. Back in the good old days, when criminals were punished.

Just leave it be and move on. Not worth putting energy into it. People like that tend to cause trouble on themselves quickly anyway.....

 

I guess new recruiter in the office, called me Friday....definitely on the short list but I can't with that not paying drivers when they have to sit for days at a time in Wyoming. If they can figure out a way around that then I would be putting in an app.

Not many reefer or dry van. That's why some companies do no forced dispatch. Being from the midwest I don't mind winter driving, but west coast is totally different and some days it's not worth the sitting around waiting.
