Driver says truck is getting hot but not blowing hot air and is starting to use more water?
Said it gets up to 210 and no hot air then drop to 180 real quick and start blowing hot air again Im thinking its the thermostats and its boiling the water over? Any thoughts on this

sounds more like a circulation issue , heater air should be hot with a thermostat problem BTW what engine , truck, location ETC

When it is Cold check the coolant level. If it is a Cat, then I would say the water pump impeller is loose. To test it you have to put a pressure gauge in the block and see if you get coolant preasure, You should have at least 15 lbs above rad cap preasure if you take it to tempature, or if you run it up cold at say 1500 RPM and the preasure goes up and down, and it is full of coolant the pump is NO GOOD.
