I am sure someone there will at least try to get their money they are owed through small claims court. I wonder how none of the companies that do this nonsense don't even have to deal with going to court over a WARN act violation.

 

The wheels too, if they are still fairly shined up. Include those as well.

 

The escrow monies should have been put in a secured interest bearing account and not in the general funds.

 

The judge will order the escrow money to be returned to the O/Os.
