    While the flat bed driver shouldn't have even started to enter the road, the other driver was fully expecting flat bed man to occupy the right lane, as he should have done, but didn't. This is why our driver with the dash camera didn't bother to apply the brakes and took the turn lane to escape.

    Got to leave yourself an out lest you become a lyric in a certain Dennis Steven Wright song.

    Yep. Smooth. No panicking maneuver that woulda overturned both trucks in a blaze of glory like most guys like to do nowadays.

    Speaking for myself, i look as far ahead as i possibly can, and gauge what others are doing or about to do.
    I temper that with a dose of “what’s the dumbest possible move they can make”
    And that usually keeps me out of problems.
