Agreed. If you just put your head down and do what's asked of you, it will be ok. Honestly, that's the formula to be successful at any company.

 

If Western Express is willing to take you, consider flatbed as well. They have very steady flatbed freight. They don't pay the highest cpm, but you're gonna run lots of miles with them. How much experience do you have?
