So last delivery I went to attempt to use those disposable ear plugs. Because PGT gave me one. Couldn't figure out how to get them into my ear. So just trashed them. Probably will look for a different hardhat with a nicer visor and ear protection that works with glasses.

You have to roll them and squeeze them as skinny as possible and slide them in your ear canal. I do one at a time.

Hearing protection and training are always a pain. Bunch of yelling and pointing. Lol

Currently I think after doing it a few more times. I will probably get it down. Now if only Matheson would stop sending us to places clearly for a day cab. The other day we avoided one spot because trainer looked it up. No sleepers

Dispatch will try to sneak those runs on you. Just like “microbulk only” deliveries.

Some tanks are installed where a day/sleeper cab will not be able to maneuver in. Other spots the day cab fits but the sleeper won’t. For example, some plants require you to back up throughout the plant and sleepers can’t make certain turns or corners because it’s very tight.

Like these 2 places. First one you have to pretty much blind side it. Because of not enough room to sight side. 2nd one might look like plenty of room. But there is is much less room. Trainer had to turnaround in the grass in front of that little building then blindside back it Screenshot_20231022_211929_Maps.jpg Screenshot_20231022_212009_Maps.jpg
