Not just cars in the way, or super tight maneuvers. But also contractors tools and etc. put right in front of tanks. Tank is at critically low level and no one is available to move the items.
Well they will just have to shut down production. And eat the cost of someone's crazy mistake.

Linde charges $1500 for a aborted delivery deemed a customer issue and $5000 if they run out of product due to an aborted delivery since a tech assist is required.

Great pictures! Heres a few of mine. This one is one on a busy 4 lane road in the middle of a dense portland neighborhood. you can only reach the customer coming south, you cant make the turn into their parking lot coming north. So several miles of dense neighborhood, 20 stop lights, and small lanes with on and off side road parking. You have to block traffic to turn right onto sacramento then an immediate left into the parking lot, get out and go make them open both the rolling gates enclosing the side of the building protecting the tank, that you called them about 30 minutes ago. Open the gates, lay your cones, get back into the truck and wait and then cut across all 4 lanes and block traffic on a very busy street and then blindside back along side the building without hitting the outside fence, or the impatient cars now driving around you in the parking lot, or the impatient pedestrians ignoring the backup alarm and walking or standing behind your trailer watching you back towards them. And on top of all that, its a small drop and as much a PITA to get out of as it was to go in. You have to head south to exit the area which puts you at 2 of the major choke points of the portland area freeways. no way around either.

This was my scariest. Super easy to get to and get setup, but you had to come from the south and park facing north , and you have to park in the oncoming lane of traffic and then use your cones to direct traffic into the center median to get by you. I stole every cone I could find at the yard before I left. Used all of them and despite having 7 cones in front of the truck, flashing lights and a huge white semi looking at them, I still had several people run over my cones. One made it past 4 of them.... It was really interesting when I had to blow down at the end. People doing 50 mph through the fog.
