hahahaha "it's ok, you have a preloaded trl"
I started my day leaving the stockton drp yard to reno for my 99. On the way there I get a QC at 0830 while at the 1st rest area going thru donners pass. My next load!! 700 miles... check. Look at location... STOCKTON! WTH?!?! I left there. scroll down.. to chk appt 0830! I mac 1'd said I was going to be late and will be there at 1600... still on the way to my 99 in reno. FM response: "it's ok, you have a preloaded trl, just make sure you deliver on time." OK, cool! While at my 99, the planner QC'd me asking my eta to stockton. (could have sworn I said 1600 an hour prior lol) Finished with my 99 and drove all the way back to stockton to the shipper at 1624 and I have no preloaded trl because all the shipper has are these rail garbage trls. (why these things dont stay at the train depot is beyond me) Back my trl in and play the waiting game again. 3 hrs later they start loading me and i ran out of hours waiting here and of course the property here is too small to let me stay here the night so I have to drive to the stockton yard in violation to sleep. Safety is just going to love me!!! lol
Thank god the yard is only 6 miles away! -
Wow... 17 hours and counting at the pilgrims pride plant here.. I have 20 pallets of breast frames.. And all they could tell me all day is that their busy.. Although a central with the same load as me was unloaded around noon...
All dispatch can tell me is to hang tight..and they can't just pay attention to my problems and let me drop my trl and get a decent load... So I'm throwing around getting off mid west and going otr.. I really like it out west.. So hopefully I can see more ca and wa...
I just wish for once I could call a dm and them say... Oh harley.. We understand man.. Let us help ya out.. Instead of them just ignoring me..then they wounder why I yell at them all the time.. They couldn't even dispatch a newb around my end of the woods anymore.. Somethings up.. Centrals positive attitude is becoming more and more crude as every day passes.... -

look for you state's BCI. (background criminal investigation) submit your fingerprints and apply for expungement. they will tell you if OR when you will be eligible.
it's well worth your time to clean up your criminal history. just cuz you had a past don't mean you have to live with that past for the rest of your life. -

They can have all the money in the world and stall as long as they want, THEY breached the contract with JJ first so if they want to argue then fine, but its not just JJ anymore there are a few other lease guys who have my number and they are also willing to sue for Breach of Contract.
The reason no one takes on Central is because they hear about Centrals huge team of Lawyers and how they will run out of money before they can even get to court.
The ones who do take on Central are paid a nice Lump sum to shut the hell up with a confidentiality clause.
We may lose against Central who knows BUT at least we tried and didn't just lay there and take the BS!!

So what other than the forced dispatch or dispatches? It had to be more than that for this reaction. He was a trainer and should have been making good $$ to let a forced dispatch(s) to cause this. I speak with trainers who who have been doing very well for years. -
The only reason I ask is cause I live in stockton 2 miles from the stockton drop yard so I have picked up everywhere near there.
If they didn't except the Rail trlr it was prob oscar mayer.
If so did u bob to the drop yard or were u loaded by then?
Cause if u bobd u could have slept in the AMPM/BK parking lot done that 3 or 4 times. Or if u were loaded park on the streets with the rest of the drivers. If the main street if full park it on the side streets.
Where u live?
Well in Tomah, WI doing a D/H at a wally world. I'm going to feel strange not having to wait exactly 2hrs for my load to be finished. Campbells chunky soup among other things.
Keep it real yall -
