    I know when I was talking to Stevens they asked me if I had ever been fired.
    I told her yes and also the reason behind it. A similar case to yours.
    They were going to take me and I already had my cdl. I am sure if they are going to make money off of you, they will welcome you with open arms.

    Did you collect unemployment off them? I hope so. I also hope you filed a wrongful termination suit if the firing was that blatant. It could clear your record and net you some money.

    And by the way, almost every company prefers to list an employee as voluntarily quit, rather than terminated. It opens them up to lawsuits and unemployment compensation liability. You should've inquired how you were categorized by your former employer before applying anywhere. Even if you are on their books as terminated, most employers will not share that info with others.

    If all else fails, Just tell them you left your former employer for personal reasons.
