    They were one of the best small companies in California and they've been around forever. They finally decided what a lot of us have...the hassle just isn't worth the reward any longer.

    @REO6205 hearing that makes me very sad.
    You and the other deeply experienced drivers are the ones those of us newer to the profession need the most, to pass on knowledge and wisdom.
    Yes, I’m at my 3 year anniversary this month, and cannot see myself doing anything else, but i still have days where i need to pick the brain of the old school salty crusty ones to help me overcome my shortcomings.

    There’s a ‘48 KW that has been around these parts some 30 years that is believed to be an old original Arroyo Grande Truck Co. unit. Still had remnants of the blue on the cab and red on the aluminum frame. Its been pearl white now for 18 or so years.
