I think Siedhoff might take new drivers. They're located in Union. Idk anything about them other than a guy on tiktok drove for them in only MO before he turned 21 lol. Equipment always looks decent and their stats on safer are respectable

 

I recommend a reefer company. Don't waste your time with dry van unless that's all you can find with weekends home.
