Cleaning Driver Record

The problem is that any company that hired a driver with a record like that would be placing the survival of their company in extreme jeopardy. If he got into a wreck, his driving record alone would be enough to sway a jury that the company was guilty of extreme negligence for putting him behind the wheel of a CMV. That level of negligence would result in a jury award that would probably exceed the limits of their insurance by many times leaving them bankrupt and out of business.

 

I will give it to the way I gave it to my great nephew. Your situation sounds very similar.

Get the fastest car you can find, a real flashy one guaranteed to catch any cops eyes and give them the desire to start writing tickets.
Get a job that requires you to drive a long way to work and threw the most prone places to have cops hiding.
Then after 10 years if you have no tickets, no accidents you may consider getting a CDL.
If not sell your car and find a job you can walk to!
