My 01 was Oscar Meyer! 3 Rail trls there. Dispatch asked a L/O to take them to the yard but he said no. Then I told him that I got paid by the hour to shuttle damaged trls since it is the local guy's job. The L/O apparently didnt know that and thought he was only going to get about $5 per trl to take to the yard. Didnt bobtail there because there were no mt trls at the yard and i didnt want to get stuck without a trl. thank god i kept my trl after my 99 in reno.

I live in San Mateo, CA. Just got to Smith's Fd/Drg DC in Layton, UT. What a nice day here... 60 degrees. wish I had my grill! I am 8 hrs early. time for another line 2 since my appt is # 2100. Smith's = Fred Meyer = no early unload :(. At least the guard here was nice about it unlike the one in Clackamas, OR. I was 35 minutes early and he said no early unloads. told me to park over to the side and bring him the paperwork in 5 minutes. WTF!?!?

So how do you like our new Cigna insurance? 100% up to $1,000 for out patient and then its 20% after.
Not sure of the coverage for things done in the doctors office is but probably better than that.

HAHAHA what a dock this one is at Smith's DC in Layton UT. You have about 100 feet from the dock to the fence. 53 ft trl+ 22 ft tractor leaves 25 feet to maneuver with. Took me about 20 minutes to back to the dock and someone else tried to get in next to me and almost hit me! It wasnt Swift this time... some Independant O/O.

Nah.. I wish. Let me ask ya'll.. Even been rejected for a drop because you refeer is on full but the gaurd is too busy textin to go check and write 3/4's on you check in paper? Well I did.. Good ole atlanta americold...

They made me go back to the petro.. Would not even talk to the guard.. Or even look at my refeer.. What the paper say.. Is what reality is to them, there.

So I'm below an 1/8th when I get there.. And now I have to get all this crap authorized with night dms to get 25 gallon of fuel............ And wait for it...............
4.012 gallons of refeer fuel... A 30 mile unpaid, unjusitifiable, unstupidnesses, trip for 4 gallon of reefer... Needless to say.. I lost my cool and yelled at some people and did someother things I'm not proud of this morning, gotta start watchin my temper..

Everyones not perfect.. Exept the clerk there.. When I came back to drop, she told me she never gets mad..ever... So I told her it was awesome to meet a saint... She didn't like that... Moral of the story, make the gaurd get off their butt and check it the first time.. Its getting ridiculous how many people are at jobs that require a little brain power and they can't even manage to do their jobs right... I guess "want fries with that" wasn't hiring the week americold hired their gaurd.

Yea Sara Lee at Rochelle IL made JJ drive back to the Petro to put more fuel in the reefer (Rail Trailer) it was 1/2 full and they wanted 3/4s or better we explained that the rail trailers had bigger fuel tanks and he was like nope has to be 3/4 full or better!:biggrin_2552:

For my company, they usually will have listed, in the comments on the load info, any special requirements that might need be met. Usually any place that you can do a D&H at will require 3/4.
