I can't find anything to support this, I get the point on certain loads, but coils every binder of mine goes on driverside. So I can walk past on right-side in hidekit and not bang my shins. Open deck, on drivers side to watch them. Racking is always the most important, chain holds them down. Rack stops forward or reward movement.
