    If you still do or have done OTR, can you give some pros and cons on it and the company you worked for and the pros and cons on them? I'm really considering OTR with Werner but seeing mixed things with them so want some ideas and personal experiences. Thank you

    Have any good companies to look at? I was really gonna do schneider or werner for training and get a year experience in. I still gotta get my cdl but want to plan for after cdl school

    OTR dryvan is for the birds, mostly. Try to get into a specialized form of driving (tanker, LTL, flatbed) as quickly as you can.
