If you still do or have done OTR, can you give some pros and cons on it and the company you worked for and the pros and cons on them? I'm really considering OTR with Werner but seeing mixed things with them so want some ideas and personal experiences. Thank you

OTR dryvan is for the birds, mostly. Try to get into a specialized form of driving (tanker, LTL, flatbed) as quickly as you can.

I doubt you'll see much of the country doing OTR with Werner. Teams get the coast to coast runs.
