Lease purchase recommendations..

I watched this yesterday. That idiot said the word “dawg” about 8,427 times. It was so annoying it became humorous. Guys of this mentality is why lease purchase is so successful.

 

Regardless of your personal situation, a zero dollar settlement is still zero dollars. Lease purchase sucks in good times. But you want to try it now? It’s your life but it’s a really stupid idea.

If you can't afford to finance, you definitely can't afford a lease

 

It's not a question whether there is a good lease. Any lease can be successful, any lease can be a failure.

The real question is are you prepared to manage a business? You're not.

If you were, you would know how to analyze a lease opportunity to determine if it's right for you. You'd be contacting companies directly, instead posting asking to be spoon fed.

 

Irs not about afford, it's about approved for financing, I was 14 when I went to the bank to deposit my first check, ran with that bank until I was 18, At 18 I went in there to get a loan for 2k, I had in the bank at the time 800 or so, this was in the 80s, so I'm talking to the loan officer and he said I'm sorry your credit is bad, I said how's that possible I'm just 28 I've never had credit, he said because of that we use your mother's credit, now keep I'm mind I also moved out of my mom's house at 14, but her credit was my credit until proven otherwise. Her credit was bad because we were poor, and I mean really poverty stricken, we was so poor we couldn't even get on foodstamps. Any way, that put a bad taste in my mouth, because I was working very hard, and making decent money, for the 80s, so I said to the loan guy how about loaning me 800 which is how much was in the bank, he wouldn't do it, said I wouldn't pay the interest or the loan back, so I took my money out of the bank and never looked back, in retrospect I should of tried another bank but at the time I was young and didn't know anything amd there was no internet to help guide me through.
So what did I do I made the mistake of staying out of the system for the next 25 to 30 yrs, now I have no credit, they don't even know I exist. Nor would they want to.
Just for grins and giggles the wife amd I tried to go into our bank that we've had for 12 yrs now to get a loan, we had over 10k in the bank and some good collateral, no issues with me and the bank, never had a negative number in there. They turned us down for a 10k loan even though there was over 10 k in the bank.
Still today nothing changes. I'm working on saving money to buy a truck out right, but by the time I get that much money, the truck price will have doubled, so it's really hard to do that, this is the main reason lease purchase sounds good, it at least gives you a fighting chance

 

If he was 28 in the 80's, he's gonna have to get in a hurry.

 

I usually disregard any Youtube trucker review making a video that starts with yo-yo-yo, it's ya boy, it's ya girl, etc.
