Company websites are, of course, slanted and sometimes not at all truthful, but some provide good info and useful links. Just take it all with a grain of salt and sometimes the whole bag.

And you guys wonder why drivers get a bad rap for being stupid? "From what I have been told...." pretty much sums it up sir. You draw grand conclusions of fact from fiction. I can tell by the way you write that you would not fit in here anyway. You have no pride or work ethic. I spend a great deal of my own time and money investing in my job because I enjoy it. Maybe you should find something you enjoy doing? -

Every company is selling a product/s. They want you to buy into it. It is your job to go to websites like this, and google everything you can, and pull in as much info about it/this as you can. That is what i am doing.
My sister just told me 'the more you keep thinking about it, the more you wont do it'. I kinda disagree with that. It is all about taking the time to pull in all the info you can. there comes a point where you just are saturated, and it is time to decide. -
this company is on the level i learned so much from them in the 2 years i worked there. i left to go to a company that had me home every night and had a fast truck (big mistake) now im in the process of contacting them to get my old job back. i enjoyed being where i wanted to be for the weekend. if i told them on monday i wanted to be in sacramento ca. i was normally there on friday. if i wanted to be in orlando fl i was there. the money was great. i saw a complaint on here about the driver having to load for 8 hours then drive 8 hours. once you get used to how to strap/chain (properly secure) your load in a timely manner it doesnt take you 8 hours to load when your new to flatbedding its gunna take you lots of time to do this function properly but when you get the hang of it you realize you were blamming the dispatcher/load coordinater for the fact that you were SLOW. I have nothing bad to say about this company. as for the (they give you polish and require you to polish your own truck) bull they expect you to keep it clean they pay for washes every week weather you need it or not. as for keeping the inside clean you should do this on your own but yes they will supply you with cleaning supplies if you need it. if you want to have your wheels and tanks polished thats on you but they do not require it. if you take pride in your apperance it shows. and the customers will actually call and say good things to your company when you show up looking all clean and shinny. tmc used to call me and ask if i wanted to stop at a truck driving school and let the students look at the truck while a representative gave his little speel and they even payed me $100.00 just for showing up for about 10 minutes. you cant beat that. they would even let you do this up to 3 a week if you could fit it into your schedule .. but i could go on forever .. this is a great company but you have to stick it out till you get the hang of it. be patient it will come to you
Redgreen01 and Baack Thank this.
