    This is how EVERY company driver should be paid. It would raise the bar for everyone, including O/O. :scratch:...Wait a minute. Isn't that the unions have been trying to do for over 50 years...:dontknow:

    Walmart's been doing it that way forever. Freight and customers always take precedence over saftey at trucking companies.

    O/O being in a union makes NO sense. they are NOT labor, they are management, being company owners and all...

    Amazon actually makes money on trailers being totaled. Carriers are paying for it As well as cargo.

    12-20k loaded trailers arnt 100k in value. But they get paid for it.

    It would be a violation of Federal labor laws for O/Os to organize into a union as they are all competing with each other.
