    Good Morning Everyone,

    I'm starting my CDL training on Monday with Stevens in Dallas. I'm so glad this forum exists. It's nice to know there is a community out here.

    Looking forward to reading and learning.

    You don't know how lucky you are, but you will know the more you read and participate with the folks here. I've seen many a post on here from veteran drivers and new drivers alike who just found out about The Truckers' Trucking Forum. Sadly, many of them come on here and post about bad things that have happened to them. I've only been a member here for about 5 months but I can read those posts and see where that same veteran or newbie could have avoided some headache and heartache if they had had this (TTF) resource. Welcome, good luck and take advantage of what you've discovered.

    Thank you for the welcome! My wife found this site when she was doing research on trucking companies. I'm lucky she is more of a reader than I am. So far, I have been impressed with the collective knowledge of the site. There is nothing like hands on experience when it comes to critiquing the profession you are in.

    I'm looking forward to reading much - participating as I feel more comfortable. I'm excited about Monday - a new, stable career for myself and family! Truly blessed here..:)

    This is a great site, and an addicting one at that. I've spent many nites on here just reading threads at random and getting educated because of it.

    :yes2557: I can tell my wife and I will be here a lot. She will perhaps, be here more than I while driving. I hope she will decide to come with me although, she is not a driver she is wonderful company. She actually hinted at finding a thread regarding getting a CB in the truck. Now I have to go read that now. lol

    I'm getting prepared.
