So no ticket on your mvr. Idk maybe he cut you a break? Would another company even know then?

So, do I even mention it? The safety manager who fired me said he could make it look as though I quit instead of being fired. I was well liked in my company, but he said his insurance wouldn't give him a choice.

That's what I'm wondering? I've never dealt with this before myself.

I wouldn't mention it then. You'll have to give a reason why you quit; maybe. Just need a change maybe. The company was ok, but just need a change.
@Ridgeline will know if a new company will find out anyway.

How often does a company pull that report?

Depends on the company. Most will pull it before you are hired on

If I am understanding the question correctly you DID NOT get a State Ticket only a speeding violation on an inspection report. If this is correct your MVR should not reflect the violation with points against your license. This will show up in the CSA data though. Your primary problem as far as I can tell is you were fired because of this report. 4 or 5 years ago I would have said not to be worried, but today because freight is down you might have some issues getting hired. Just keep pounding the pavement. AND SLOW DOWN!

So I just pulled my psp and it's not reflected on there, yet.
